Greetings
Although Japan is formally an independent nation, in reality it is still an extension of the occupation based on the Basic Law of Occupation (※), which is called the Constitution.
If the foundations of the Constitution, security, economy, and diplomacy remain under the influence of other countries, the lives and pride of the people cannot be protected.
I felt a sense of crisis about this reality, and founded the Autonomous and Independent Party with the aim of building a country that truly regains sovereignty and is "autonomous and independent."
We aim to put the lives of the people first and realize a society where everyone can work, live, and retire with peace of mind. We have begun to take action to fundamentally change politics that are bound by the postwar framework and create a new Japan together with the people.
It may be a small step, but we will open up the future with sincerity and conviction.
We sincerely ask for the support of all of you who share the same aspirations.
(※) A coined word made up of occupation and Basic Law. It is used to mean the basic law of governance to ensure smooth indirect rule during the occupation. It is called the Basic Law of Occupation to distinguish it from constitutions made by sovereign nations.
Autonomous and Independent Party
Tetsuro Kubota, Party Leader
Founding Declaration
We, the Autonomous and Independent Party, hereby declare our founding in order to
regenerate Japan as a truly sovereign nation. We will break down the distorted political
and economic systems that have continued since the postwar occupation regime, and
realize a constitution, national security, and economic management by the Japanese people.
We will prioritize the lives of each and every citizen, and take on new politics in order to build
a strong, proud, independent nation, Japan.
Basic policy
"Establishment of four major basic policies and four major funds to support the policies"
Let's make effective use of the total 1,200 trillion yen in national deposits and use it to improve the welfare of the people!!
300 trillion yen x 4 funds = 1,200 trillion yen in total, we can do it.
Of course, we will give it a 2% interest rate. As things stand now, we will just sleep all the time, not knowing when we will wake up, and it will be of no use. Compared to the current interest rates, this is not a bad idea.
I am on board with this idea.

We value the lives of the people and realize a stable way of life
Create 300 trillion yen for medical care and 300 trillion yen for pensions

We strengthen the economy with a stable life as the foundation
Create a 300 trillion yen education fund

We prepare for natural disasters and take thorough measures to prevent them
Create a 300 trillion yen disaster prevention fund

We protect the lives and sovereignty of the people through national defense
Medical
¥300tn
Pension
¥300tn
Education
¥300tn
Disaster prevention
¥300tn
300 trillion yen each with 2% interest, for a total of 1,200 trillion yen
Don't let them say there are no funds!
Policy overview
Stable living and social security
Free medical care and pensions, and the creation of a fund system
Medical care will be completely free, and we will work to improve the working conditions of medical workers.
We will use hospital ships in the event of a disaster. Everyone will be required to join the pension system,
with the goal of paying at least 2 million yen per month from the age of 60. To ensure stable management of
medical care and pensions, we will create dedicated funds of 300 trillion yen each, making the system sustainable for the long term.
Abolish non-regular employment and establish social security by making workers public servants
Abolish disposable non-regular employment and ensure that all workers receive wages, status security, and social security equivalent to regular and public servants.
Through training and industrial development, we will foster sustainable working styles and economic leaders. Stable employment will also help curb the declining birthrate.
Zero overtime, a living wage, and a halt to the use of foreign workers
We will guarantee a wage level that allows people to live without overtime.
In principle, we will abolish the acceptance of foreign workers, and work to improve the treatment of Japanese workers and normalize the working environment. We aim to move away from an economy in which people are "disposable."
Election system reform so that anyone can vote and run for office
We will develop a system that allows people to vote anywhere, even when moving or traveling, and we will also consider online voting.
We will significantly reduce the deposit required to run for office, promoting political participation. We will prohibit the double-dipping of political party subsidies and corporate donations, and require transparency of funds.
Review of rights and the judiciary
Guarantee of human rights and flexibility of the family system
Equal guarantee of rights for married couples with different surnames, LGBTQ, unmarried couples, single parents, etc. We will build a flexible social system that is not limited to legal marriage relationships and support diverse ways of living.
Healthy separation of religion, politics, and society
Religious groups that make exorbitant donations or engage in brainwashing activities will not be recognized as "religions" and will be exposed as fraud. We will clearly draw the line between strict monitoring of the activities of religious corporations and freedom of religion.
Democratization of the judicial system and citizen participation
Make it mandatory for local assemblies to be involved in personnel decisions and impeachment of judges and prosecutors. Allow the final decision to be decided by local referendum. We aim to change the bureaucratic attitude of judges that only adheres to legal theory and does not take into account the real world, and to create a judicial system that realizes common sense justice.
Building the foundations for the economy and growth
Promoting economic growth through expanding domestic demand and proactive fiscal policy
We will expand domestic demand through increasing national income and proactive fiscal policy, and break away from dependence on exports. We will also introduce a dual interest rate system that increases profits for depositors while keeping loan interest rates low.
We will abolish the consumption tax.
Geothermal-centered energy policy shift
We aim to utilize Japan's volcanic resources and become an energy independent nation centered on geothermal power generation. We will completely phase out nuclear power plants. We will create a hot water network and use it for heating in
the winter. We will build a sustainable and safe energy supply system.
Prioritized support and revival of agriculture, forestry, livestock and fisheries
Abolish the rice production reduction policy, guarantee farmers' income, and balance domestic stockpiling of agricultural products including rice with expanding exports. Strengthen disaster and infectious disease countermeasures and income
guarantees, and pass on agriculture, forestry, livestock and fisheries to the next generation as "attractive industries."
Support for the independence of small and medium-sized enterprises and improving working conditions
We encourage companies to move away from the subcontracting structure and provide technical and financial support. We will support a healthy industrial base from both the perspectives of companies and workers by establishing a retirement pension system for employees and ensuring a wage level that allows them to live
without relying on overtime work.
Bold investment in education and research
We will make education completely free and drastically improve the treatment of educators. We will promote income security for researchers and raise Japan's science, technology, culture, and arts to a world-class level. We will establish a 300 trillion yen education fund to provide everyone with the opportunity to learn.
Disaster prevention and countermeasures
Infrastructure renewal and rapid disaster response with hospital ships
We will inspect and repair aging infrastructure nationwide in advance to prevent accidents and disasters. We will prepare a system for rapid response of hospital ships, heavy machinery, and supplies, and establish a system that can respond to disasters nationwide within 24 hours. We will create a disaster fund of 300 trillion yen.
Diplomacy, defense, and national independence
Abolition of the US-Japan Security Treaty and the abolition of extraterritoriality
We call the current situation, where investigations and trials of sexual crimes committed by the US military cannot be carried out is considered a "colonial state"、 and call for the abolition of the Japan-US Security Treaty. We seek a new, equal security system and aim to regain Japan's sovereignty.
Abolish the Basic Law of Occupation, which is called a constitution, and establish a constitution for a sovereign nation with the participation of the people.
With the conclusion of the peace treaty, the Basic Law of Occupation, which is called a constitution, has disappeared. Based on this recognition,
we will formulate an independent constitution to restore sovereignty.
With reference to private constitutional drafts from the Meiji era, we will set up constitutional conferences in local governments across the country. We aim to create the first "constitution created by the people."
Practicing peace and justice by supporting Ukraine
Russia's invasion is a collapse of the international order due to the threat of nuclear weapons. As the only country to have suffered atomic bombings,
Japan should fully support Ukraine in the form of financial assistance.
We will not hesitate to issue government bonds and take responsible action for freedom and peace. We should believe that peace will not come without
Ukraine's victory.
17 Clear diplomatic policy and breaking away from dependency on China
We will normalize diplomatic relations with Taiwan and move away from economic dependency on China (decoupling). From a security standpoint,
we will prohibit Chinese people from acquiring land and reinstate trade restrictions against communist countries such as COCOM (※).
Creation of a National Defense Force and Development of Volunteer Military
Self-Defense Forces and reorganize them into a "Defense Force to Protect the People." Citizens over the age of 18 will volunteer to participate, and a new military academy will be established to train
specialists. We will build a defense force that is realistic and embodies self-reliance and independence.
※"The Coordinating Committee for Multilateral Export Controls (COCOM) is a committee established by major capitalist countries during the Cold War
to regulate (or embargo) the export of military technology and strategic materials to communist countries. Its headquarters are in Paris, France.
It was established in 1949, and Japan has participated in its activities since 1952."
